🤎 Ridge & Rose Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece you get from Ridge & Rose, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! Please read our return guidelines carefully before sending anything back:


Return Window

  • Returns for a full refund are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Returns for store credit are accepted from 8 to 14 days after delivery.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Item Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume/smoke smell, or any signs of wear

If your item doesn’t meet these conditions, it will be sent back to you at your cost.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items marked “Final Sale”

  • Bodysuits, swimwear, accessories (including hats, jewelry, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Any item purchased using a discount over 30%


Return Process

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond with return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. We recommend using a trackable service, as Ridge & Rose is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund or store credit depending on the return date.


Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

  • If your return is past the 7-day mark but within 14 days, you’ll receive an e-gift card for store credit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.
