Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package is on its way!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier. Ridge & Rose is not responsible for delays once a package has been shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting the carrier directly for any delivery issues. Ridge & Rose is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
